tail lights blinking on and off very fast

Car: GMC, Yukon, 1995     -    Back to Fix-It

Q.Replaced hazzerd light switch now tail lights blink on and off very fast and loud ticking coming from lower right side under dashboard

I already checked/done: When push lever dowm on hazzard lights blinking stops but no turn signals or breaklights
