What might have caused my left rear wheel to sieze up on my Accord?
Car: Honda, Accord, 1986 - Back to Fix-It - Honda Accord Repair Manuals
Q.What might have caused my left rear wheel to sieze up on my 1986 Honda Accord.
The right rear wheel moves fine, but the left rear is stuck.
Answer Well I assumed you have a rear brake drum system, if you do, it might be the brake shoe was stock on the drum, if not maybe your bearing is been squared insinde and costing the wheel stuck.
Answer It sounds like the brakes aren't releasing. You may have a frozen parking brake cable.
They can be very difficult to release. Disconnecting it will make it a little easier.
Worst case scenerio is to just pry the drum off and replace the brakes and all the hardware.
