I got a Nissian 200 SX SE 1997 last month, yea I know the 240 is better and shit but it was the only thing I could get cuz of my parents. So Im trying to make do. Can any one recommend mods , adjustments, etc. to make this car better obviously not a full engine switch. Just like simple under 500 $ stuff. I plan to take the intake resinator out and over the summer put intake and exhaust on... What do you guys recommend? I've also noticed that the tires are shit and they screech with minor acceleration... the treads fine but i think ill need new ones? Recommendations?

I have Bridestone Potenzas on my 200sx right now and I really like them. They are a great all season tire and they give you plenty of performance. I even ran a couple autocrosses with them.
