Engine miss

I have a 1989 HF. 1.5 liter FI. The engine runs good. When I accelerate thru the gears at 1700-2000 rpms it is doggy then is stable above that. Have changed plugs, wires, dist. Can you help, thanks.
Engine miss

I have a miss in my engine during acceleration and only when the engine is at its operating temperature. When I start it up cold, it runs just fine. Any ideas as to the root cause? I've changed plugs, plug wires, dist cap and rotor, coil, master relay. Problem is still not resolved.
