I was just wanting to know if anyone knew if all of the wire hookups on the back of the fuse panel under the dash are supposed to be connected to the harness. I put a new fuse panel in my car because I was only getting .5 volts to the starter fuse and I have already tried every thing else. Now I have no power to the ecu and nothing will work except the annoying dinging when the door is open and the key is on. If any one knows any thing about it please let me know. Thanks
