Engine change

I currently drive a Honda Civic 160i (1997 model) and just busted the engine. Thinking of putting in a V-TEc engine but not sure if a)it will go with the 160i chassis and b)if the same ECU can be used so if anyone knows how to go about doing so, please let me know.Thanx
