Still missing after tune-up/injection cleaning

Well, I have used the search, as well as browsed a few topics, and still can't find the help I'm needing. I have an 01 Spyder GT with just over 100k on it. It recently started missing, so I took it back to the dealership and they said they would fix it. They did the obviouse stuff as mentioned here - replaced plugs, wires, dist. cap, and rotor. Said that didn't clear the problem and engine light was still on. (BTW, when tested it said misfire on several cylinders) They then cleaned my injectors, and said it was fixed. When I picked it up, it ran fine for about 7-10 miles, then started missing again (only at under 2000 rpm's). They basically told me to piss off, that was all they could do since they weren't a mitsubishi dealer (only sold porche, audi, infinity). I took it to a local mitsu dealer, and they tested it, cleaned my injection system, and said it was fixed. Same thing again...10 miles down the road it starts missing again when I pulled up to a red light. When I took it back into them, they wanted to charge me 2500 bucks for 3 injectors, and said that it "might fix the problem, but no promises that it won't clog the new ones up again" Soooo...any suggestions on where to start now? Injector cleaner seems to help a little, but not much. This is the first fuel injected vehicle I've owned, so I'm not very familiar with them. Fuel filter? O2 Sensor? Something simple I'm overlooking?
Sorry for the lengthy post, just wanted to give all the known info.
Thanks.
