Second turbocharger: IHI 5IT-21 with T3 flange mount and internal wastegate.The unit is both Oil and Water Cooled. The seals, bearings etc. should be checked/replaced before use and there is a slightly bent turbine fin. There is a bit of shaft play, yet no evidence of the wheels touching the housings. Not sure what this is from, but hotside looks like standard T3. $65.00
