Manual v.s Automatic

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone could help me out with this. How much faster do you think a 5 speed wil finish a 1/4 drag than an auto on a 95' Integra? Also, what should I Mod in a 95 Integra to get the best acceleration and top speed?
