OK, so far water pump is OK, head gasket ok, hoses ok.
Installed new ECT, bled air from system, belts OK. Still overheating. Fan on left comes on as soon as AC is turned on, fan on right only came on once after I disconnected the battery and pulled the backup fuse.

Any ideas?
