I was pulling up to a light behind a silver 01 passat when i saw person dancing in an Uncle Sam suit screaming taxes are coming (quite funny). Unfortuetly i got distracted and tapped the Passat, thus causing its bumper to crack (not so funny). I feel like crap for getting distracted and try my hardest to drive as safe as possible, im just human. Well i want to fix the bumper without getting the insurance involved hopefully. i found a bumper for $190 and was just wondering if this is an ok bumper and about how much it will take to get it painted.
