About my car:
It is 1990 CRX Si Stock 100%. I bought it in October 1998 with 170K miles on it (current mileage 243K). It runs like new after I changed all brakes and then replaced water pump, timing belt and radiator as a precaution.
A few other things like front motormount and clutch went bad. I did clutch work myself spending $152 on parts. As I was inside I changed rear engine seal.

Additionally I bent a stick shifter backwards to make it more comfortable while driving on a highway as I adjust my seat as far back as possible. Fog lights by "Hella" is a great addition.
Russian front license plate I brought from my last trip to Russia. Parts I am looking for

Maximum speed I saw on the dash was 125 Miles/hr and it still had some room on the floor... I didn't

Pictures we made with my friend Michael. He was shooting and I was driving....

Driving through the snow storm

My overall opinion:
My CRX Si was a pretty good to me for the time that I had it. I bought it cheap and had some room to get things done. It had 172K miles on it, mostly highway milage. How would I know that? - Headlights were blasted and were muddy. It can happen only when you drive most of the time on the highway. City drivers will probably crack the headlights first...
It's a dependable car. The only problem I had (it's fixed now) with it was in May 99' when the engine started to die on me. So I changed the fuel pump. From that moment I have to keep the fuel level over the 50%. Why? I do not know exactly and none of the mechanics can tell me what's wrong. I suspect that new strainer is not horizontal in the tank and it may suck air with the fuel which may cause the air bubbles to be in the system and when I'm stopping at the intersections engine either dies or I have to wait a few seconds to let the fuel system get normal. It doesn't happen on acceleration.
If anyone had this problem - I would appreciate your comments.

Changes/additions to the car:

  1. Power Stop crossdrilled rotors
  2. CarbonFiber sunroof hatch (not done yet but coming soon)
  3. Hyperflex bushings. - Changed back to stock
  4. Front strut bar
  5. Hella Fog lights

Parts I am looking for my CRX Si, 1990 (no dealer prices please):

  1. Both headlights assembly or lenses - new
  2. Both doors - new
  3. Tailgate (frame only) - new
